Blank Conversations Theatre Company

Blank Conversations Theatre Company is a non-profit, 501c3 based in Las Cruces, New Mexico that specializes in presenting affordable and high quality theatre to the community. The organization was founded in the summer of 2019, with original members including Gus David Sanchez, Bryan Berard, Eva Cullen, Peyton Womble, Diego and Frankie Gomez, Collin Duffey, and Benjamin Muckenthaler. Blank Conversations was created in an effort to diversify the type of theatrical work in Las Cruces, while still being big, loud, and exaggerated. Blank Conversations performs most commonly at the Rio Grande Theatre, and often collaborates with other organizations across the city.

ACT: A Children’s Theatre of the Mesilla Valley

ACT is a local educational theatre and film arts studio focused on the growth of children ages 5 to 18. They strive to provide quality extracurricular activities for children in southern New Mexico. Every student that signs up for a production class will be cast in a mainstage production. With ACT, everyone is invited!

dA Local community theatre group who mount 6-7 production a year in the Downtown  Las Cruces area. Open to all ages. 

Black Box Theatre/No-Strings Theatre Company

The No Strings Theatre Company (NSTC) is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to expanding theatre horizons in Las Cruces by:

  • Presenting contemporary or little known works overlooked by other companies in the city
  • Providing an opportunity for local playwrights to develop new works
  • Creating opportunities for Las Crucens to see less traditional theatre forms such as puppet theatre, improvisation, and performance art.
