Guest Guidelines & Theatre Policies
Welcome to the historic Rio Grande Theatre! To provide a secure, comfortable, and memorable experience for everyone, we ask that you review our facility rules before attending an event.
Entry Procedures
To ensure a safe environment, all guests and their belongings are subject to a security screening upon arrival.
-
Security Screenings: Consenting to a search of your bags, clothing, or other items is a requirement for entering the facility.
-
Compliance: Guests who decline the security screening process will not be permitted inside the theatre.
-
Arrival Time: Doors will generally open at the time listed for your event, but please note that lobby opening times are subject to change. Early access is not permitted.
